Student Organization Events & Announcements
The Office of Campus Life & First Year Experience (FYE) in conjunction with Information Technology (IT) Campus Events Coordination uses the following process regarding the submission of facilities request forms for student organizations:
1. Click here for University Events Calendar link to make sure that the location, day and time desired are available.
2. Fill out the facilities request form for student organizations completely. Forms must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the event(s).
3. Email the completed form to the Director of Campus Life & FYE at 512.505.3037
4. Once your facilities request form for the event has been approved it will be placed on the University Events Calendar and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You should also check the University Events Calendar to confirm that your event has been posted.
